Cascadia Property Management & Paylease ON-LINE Payment Instructions
This notice contains the information you need to setup on-line rent payments with www.paylease.com.
Cascadia Property Management (CPM) – is partnered with PayLease for our tenants to pay their rent and any fees on-line.
PayLease enables you to make one-time payments, setup automatic payments as well as provide reminder notifications for you to make your payment. PayLease provides five simple payment options – E-check or ACH, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. PayLease’s e-check service is provided free of charge.
Credit card payment is available, but additional fees do apply (these fees are disclosed prior to you making your payment). Standard electronic processing does take between 2 and 3 business days.
Registering with PayLease is simple. Go to www.paylease.com and select the button “Click to Pay Now” from the home page. Then register by:
• Entering your name, email and phone number;
• Under PM Company Name, enter ‘Cascadia Property Management’;
• Under PM Company Phone, enter ‘(425) 275-5290;
• Create your Password; and
• Enter your new property address and select your property.
• You can then setup and make your payment.

info@cascadiapm.net and we will review.

Reminder for Tenants on a Trio Equity Lease:
All lease payments are due on or before the the 1st of each month and are required to be paid electronically submitted at www.paylease.com.
